Are you looking for a change of pace and scenery? Edmond Pediatric & Teen Dentistry is looking for an energetic, customer focused, Guest Services Representative to add to our amazing team.
Edmond Pediatric & Teen Dentistry is the leading pediatric dental practice in the OKC metro area. Our doctors and staff center the entire day around our patients and their families.
You will accommodate guests, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Job duties include phone reception, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and helping with general day to day operations of a busy dental practice. Qualifying candidates should possess: excellent Customer Service skills, Customer Service background, teamwork and people skills, as well as the ability to multi-task. Mon-Thurs 8-5pm. Paid Holidays, Health Benefits and 401K matching.
Responsibilities:

Register and communicate effectively with guests

Confirm phone and online appointments

Respond to guest needs and requests
-
Data Entry of guests information
-
Collect payment from departing guests
-
Keep records of occupied rooms and guests

Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with guests

Strong organizational skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
